Forms let people add themselves to your contacts, or answer questions you ask. You build a form in the dashboard and Brudcast hosts it on a public page at https://forms.brudcast.com. Anyone with the link can fill it in, without an account.

Two kinds of form

You choose the kind when you create a form. You can switch until the form is published; after that the kind is fixed. To start from the other kind, duplicate the form and switch the copy. Forms are part of the Email product. Without access to it, the Forms page asks you to subscribe first.

What happens to a submission

Before any of this, every submission goes through the spam checks. A submission that fails one is recorded as Rejected. See Submissions and responses.

Form statuses

Deleted forms disappear from the list. Their submissions and consent records are kept.

The Forms page

Go to Contacts > Forms. The table shows each form’s Name with the list it feeds (or Not added to a list), its Type, Status, Opt-in (Double, Single, or - for a form with no list) and when it was Updated. Filter by type with All forms, Signup form or Full page form. Each row’s menu has Copy link, Open public form (for live forms), Duplicate and Delete. See Publish and share.
