The Campaigns page
Go to Campaigns in the sidebar.- Summary tiles: Total Campaigns, Active (sending and scheduled), Average Open Rate and Average Click Rate. The averages cover campaigns that delivered at least one message, and every campaign counts equally, whatever its size.
- Table: Name (with the email subject underneath, when there is one), Status, Type, Channels, Recipients, Open Rate, Click Rate and Date. The date is when the campaign sent. If it hasn’t sent yet, it’s when it’s scheduled for, or when it was created.
- Search and filters: search with Search campaigns…, then filter by Status, Type and Channel. Clear all resets them.
The campaign lifecycle
A campaign’s status follows its channels. Each channel reports on its own, and the campaign moves
on only when every channel has reported.
Regular and A/B test campaigns
A Regular campaign sends the same content to everyone in the audience. An A/B Test campaign adds test settings to the email channel, and you can only choose it when Email is one of the campaign’s channels. See Test two versions of an email.Changing a campaign after it leaves draft
You can edit a campaign while it’s Draft or Scheduled. Once it starts sending, only its name can change: open the campaign, then select the More actions menu (the ⋯ button) and Rename. To send a changed version, select Duplicate. The copy is a new draft namedCopy of followed by
the original name, and it opens in the composer.
Archive and delete in bulk
Select campaigns with the checkboxes on the Campaigns page, then choose an action:- Archive moves draft and scheduled campaigns to Cancelled. Campaigns in any other status are left as they are.
- Delete permanently removes draft and cancelled campaigns, and skips the rest. It can’t be undone.
