The dashboard at https://app.prod.brudcast.com has three parts: the sidebar on the left, a header bar across the top, and the page itself. This page shows you where everything lives, so the rest of the documentation can say “go to Channels > Email” without further explanation.

The sidebar

The sidebar shows your organization at the top and your account at the bottom. In between, pages are grouped by what they’re for: A sidebar item for a product your organization can’t use is hidden.
  • Switch organization. Select your organization’s name at the top of the sidebar. Every organization your login belongs to is listed under Organizations, with Add Organization below them.
  • Your account menu. Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar for Account settings, Help & Support and Log out.

The header

  • Command palette. Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K elsewhere, or select Search… in the header. It holds the quick actions Create campaign, Import contacts, Invite team member and Add sending domain, plus every page in the sidebar.
  • Notifications. The bell shows a dot when something is unread, and a red dot when one of them is critical. See Organization settings.
  • Theme. The header button cycles through light, dark and your system setting.
  • Help. Help & Support opens a chat with the Brudcast team. You can also email support@brudcast.com.

Live updates

Pages that track work in progress, such as a campaign sending, a contact import or a domain provisioning, refresh themselves. If the connection drops, the header shows Reconnecting or Updates paused and figures may lag by up to a minute. Nothing is lost.
