Organization settings apply to everyone in your organization. They include the business name and postal address printed in every campaign footer, so fill them in before your first campaign. In the sidebar, select Organization Settings. The page is titled Organization and has three sections: General, Brand and Business address. Members see the same page read-only, with the note “Only admins and owners can change organization settings.”

Save your changes

Edit any field and a bar appears at the bottom of the page: Unsaved changes in …, naming the sections you’ve changed. Select Save changes to save every changed section at once, or Discard to undo them.

General

Campaign footers print the Organization name as the name of the business sending the email. Use your legal business name here if it differs from your brand name.

Brand

These tint every email and template that Brudcast generates for you, including AI-generated designs. Leave a color empty to use the theme’s own palette. The Preview below the fields shows a sample heading, text and button in your choices before you save.

Business address

Anti-spam laws require every marketing email to include a real postal address. Brudcast prints this address in the footer of every campaign, and a campaign can’t send until it’s complete. Above the fields, the section shows either Campaigns cannot send yet, with the parts still missing, or Printed in your footer as, with the address as it will appear. Troubleshooting

Why: the business address is missing a street address, city or country. The campaign’s message names the missing parts.Fix: complete Business address and select Save changes, then send again.
