Notifications belong to the organization, not to you. They’re shared by everyone in it, so when anyone marks one read or dismisses it, it’s read or dismissed for the whole team. Switch organization to see another organization’s notifications.

The notification panel

  • The bell in the header shows a dot when something is unread, and a red dot when at least one unread notification is critical.
  • All and Unread tabs filter the list. Mark all as read (the double check mark) appears when anything is unread.
  • Notifications are grouped as Needs attention (unread warnings and critical ones), Today, Yesterday and Earlier. Select Show more for older ones.
  • Each one has a title, a short explanation and usually a link to the page where you can act on it. Opening that link also marks it read. Hover for Mark as read and Dismiss.

What you’ll be told, and where to act

When the same thing happens again, such as a second low-balance warning, Brudcast updates the existing notification instead of adding another.
Security emails about your own account, such as a new sign-in or a password change, go to your email address and never appear here. See Account security.
