Brudcast is a messaging platform for reaching the people you already have a relationship with. You keep one audience, set up the channels you need, and send to it from the dashboard or from your own application.

New here

1

Create your account

Sign up, verify your email and phone, then set up your organization. Create your account.
2

Send from your managed sending address

Every new organization gets an address on brudcastmail.com, so you can send a campaign before touching DNS. Quickstart.
3

Add your own domain

Publish five DNS records and verify the domain to send under your own name and use the send API and SMTP. Add a sending domain.
4

Bring in your audience

Import contacts from a CSV, collect them with a form, or sync them from your app. Importing contacts.

What’s in the box

  • Email. Campaigns from the dashboard, plus an HTTP send API and an SMTP relay for your application’s own mail. You can send the day you sign up from the managed sending address every organization gets, then move to your own domain.
  • SMS. Campaigns from a sender ID that has been approved for the countries you send to.
  • Push. Notifications to your app’s users through your own Firebase Cloud Messaging project.
  • WhatsApp. In early access. You can connect a business number and prepare message templates.
  • Mailboxes. Real inboxes on your own domain, for your team to read and reply from.
Around the channels sit contacts, forms, templates, reports, webhooks and migrations from other providers.

How these documents are organized

There are three tabs: Guides for working in the dashboard, Developer docs for building on Brudcast, and API reference for every endpoint. Get started is the first group inside Guides, and it’s the place to begin.

Get started

Create your account, learn the core concepts, and send your first email.

Guides

Channels, contacts, campaigns, deliverability, mailboxes, billing and your team.

Developer docs

API keys, the email send API, the SMTP relay and webhooks.

API reference

Every platform API endpoint, with its request and response shape.

Two ways in

Brudcast has two separate programmatic surfaces. The platform API manages your data: contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, sending domains, sender identities, webhooks and analytics. The email send API and the SMTP relay deliver individual emails from your application, and both need a sending domain you own. Most organizations use both, and one verified domain serves campaigns, the send API and SMTP at the same time. Build on Brudcast compares the two surfaces in detail, with the host and credential each one needs.

What you can do

Campaigns

Write one campaign for several channels, check it, then send it now or schedule it.

Deliverability

Authentication, sending limits, bounces and complaints, and what’s up to you.

Mailboxes

Mailboxes and aliases on your own domain, readable in any IMAP mail client.
