By the end of this page you’ll have a business number from your WhatsApp Business Account submitted to Brudcast, and you’ll know how to follow its review.
Before you start, you need a WhatsApp Business Account with a verified phone number, and that number’s Phone Number ID. You don’t need credits or a subscription to add a number. See What you need.
1

Copy the Phone Number ID from Meta

In your WhatsApp Business Account, find the phone number you want to use and copy its Phone Number ID. It’s a long number that identifies the phone number in Meta, such as 123456789012345. It isn’t the phone number itself.
2

Add the number in Brudcast

Go to Channels > WhatsApp, open the Numbers tab, and select Add Number. The New WhatsApp Sender dialog opens.
3

Enter the details

Select Continue.
4

Review and submit

Check the summary, then select Submit for Approval. The number appears in the list as Pending.
5

Wait for Brudcast's review

Brudcast reviews the number. The Awaiting Review counter shows how many numbers are waiting. When the review is done, the number becomes Approved, or Rejected with the reason shown under the status.

Statuses

This review is Brudcast’s own. Meta approves your message templates separately. See Message templates.

Manage a number

  • Edit (pencil icon): change the label or the default. The Phone Number ID locks once review starts. To use a different one, add it as a new number.
  • Set as default (star icon): only an approved number can be the default.
  • Delete (bin icon): removes the number for good.
