# Install Brudcast forms on Webflow

> Add the popup site script in your Webflow site settings, and embed a form with a Code Embed element.

On Webflow, add the site script in your site's custom code so popups can show on every page, and
use a **Code Embed** element for an embedded form. Custom code needs a paid site plan.

Webflow site settings with the Brudcast site script in the Head code box

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Before you start:** add your site's addresses under **Contacts > Forms > Websites**: your
> custom domain and, if you use it, your `webflow.io` address. Copy the install snippet.

## Install the site script

**1. Open custom code**

In Webflow, open your site's **Site settings** and select **Custom code**.

**2. Paste the snippet**

Paste the install snippet into **Head code**:

```html theme={"system"}
<script src="https://forms.brudcast.com/site.js" data-site="your_site_key" async></script>
```

**3. Save and publish**

Select **Save changes**, then publish the site. Custom code only runs on the published site,
not in the Designer.

## Embed a form

1. In the Designer, open **Add** and drag a **Code Embed** element to where the form goes.
2. Paste the form's embed code and select **Save & Close**:

```html theme={"system"}
<div data-brudcast-form="your_form_id"></div>
<script src="https://forms.brudcast.com/embed.js" async></script>
```

3. Publish the site. The Designer shows the element as a placeholder.
