# Install Brudcast forms on Squarespace

> Add the popup site script with Squarespace code injection, and embed a form with a Code block.

On Squarespace, add the site script with code injection so popups can show on every page, and use
a **Code** block for an embedded form. Both need a plan that allows custom code.

Squarespace Code Injection settings with the Brudcast site script in the Header box

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Before you start:** add your site's addresses under **Contacts > Forms > Websites**: your
> custom domain and, if visitors use it, your `squarespace.com` address. Copy the install snippet.

## Install the site script

**1. Open Code Injection**

In your site, open **Settings**, then **Developer Tools** (or **Advanced**) and
**Code Injection**.

**2. Paste the snippet**

Paste the install snippet into **Header**:

```html theme={"system"}
<script src="https://forms.brudcast.com/site.js" data-site="your_site_key" async></script>
```

**3. Save**

Select **Save**. Open your site outside the editor and check the website changes to
**Connected**.

## Embed a form

1. Edit the page, select **Add Block** where the form goes, and choose **Code**.
2. Paste the form's embed code, with the block's mode set to **HTML**:

```html theme={"system"}
<div data-brudcast-form="your_form_id"></div>
<script src="https://forms.brudcast.com/embed.js" async></script>
```

3. Save the page. Scripts don't run inside the editor, so check the form on the live page.
